Why am I not losing weight?
Hi guys,
For a month i dropped from about 1200 calories a day to 600. I know it's not healthy so don't lecture me, I'm working on bringing it back up. But for some reason I maintained my weight eating 600 cal a day. I'm 5'1" and 103-105 lbs, and i swear i didnt lose a single pound throughout that entire month. I don't believe in starvation mode either because if that was real there wouldn't be anorexia.
Does anyone have an explanation? I'm just curious. Thanks

You probably don't have anything left to lose. your bones probably weigh 80 lbs
brain is a couple of pounds, blood, what little muscle you have would add up to 103
you need to eat more. you should be trying to gain weight. You are at least three pounds below the absolute lowest weight a person your size should weigh. Stop dieting and gain weight you should be like 115 or something maybe 120 or 125. Your body is storing everything you eat as fat or using it to live so you are becoming a skinny person with no muscle and very little fat. Your probably just a bag of bones.
