ASTM Standard for Toggle Bolts?

I am attempting to find the ASTM Standard for toggle bolts in hollow walls. THe standard I get referred to is E-488, but when I look at that standard, it is showing only for expansion bolts in concrete and masonry. Any help in locating the proper Standard would be appreciated.

If you mean toggle into sheet rock walls, there almost certainly is not a standard as the load rating from manufacturers is very low - like 20# per fastener which is too variable to specify.
