What's worse between meth, crack, heroin? Like what kills you faster? What kills the most americans?
What will Trump do about this? I don't think a wall is enough. We need to establish a drug free zone in mexico. We need a buffer zone for drugs entering the US. Basically we need a military intervention to destroy the drug terrorists who are supplying the poison to kill our citizens.
I swear to god, if we were to militarily intervene (with support or not of the mex gov) I'd be the first to volunteer. I can't stand how it's killing so many people here. Like this is the 3rd classmate I know who died from drug overdose. Mexico isn't just stealing our jobs, they're poisoning us.

Prohibition does not work. Legalize all drugs. Control and tax them in the way that alcohol and cigarettes are now.
Now, to your question - Meth is the worst in the long run. Opioids are the safest in the long term (must avoid OD). Any changes that the opioid causes in your body are reversible upon discontinuation of the drug. The same can't be said for meth and crack. Cocaine is cardio toxic. I've been dependent on morphine for 37 years and you would never guess it just by looking at me.

Looking back, we never really had a drug problem in the US until Pres. Nixon declared war on drugs. His plan was to stop drugs through interdiction at the border, and that was seriously a losing proposition. If you really get interdiction right, you might stop half the drugs. What this does is to raise the price enormously, giving smugglers a lot more incentive to smuggle a lot more drugs. We had already learned this with Prohibition.
The War on Drugs was never really about drugs anyway, it was about eroding the Bill of Rights. The War on Terror can be seen as no more than a follow-on to the War on Drugs.
Also meth is made right here in the US. In fact meth exists only because it was harder to get cocaine and opioids in the 70s/80s!

Heroin is the most dangerous drug.
The three drugs you mentioned are ones to never do - period!
It's safe to say, all of that weed on the west coast is somehow all better than Meth, Crack and Heroin.
Heroin is the only the you can die of an OD from directly, too.

Heroin is the most dangerous drug in your list. Opiate addiction is the most lethal of all the dependencies.
The problem is however not an issue for the Executive branch of the US government, it is more an issue to be dealt with by the Judicial branch of the Federal government and State and Local agencies. Mexico is not the nation with a drug problem, the USA is. Win your fight here where it counts.

my parents been addicted to meth for ten years now, my mom snorts 3-6 lines a day, and my dad seems to be holding the pipe almost 24/7, I used to fear that they'll die at any day, but now I think that they cant die from it, and when I was 4 they use to do crack but dont seem to have any health problems from it, and my dad had a roommate that had alot of friends over that did drugs, one of his friends were injecting heroin in the bathroom, he passed out and didnt wake up so we called the ambulance, and he died in the hostipal that night, so from my experience I'd say heroin does

Meth. By using it a a dose that is too high an using it for too long people cam turn into speed freaks who are paranoid and violent. The other drugs are bad but this makes it worse.

Who cares what happens to a addict? It's not the question of what is worse ,the real question is Why are they doing it in the first place? The sooner they die the sooner that problem goes away

Crack cocaine is said to affect the brain in 30 seconds of inhalation, it is the most addictive but all of these class A narcotics are highly harmful

I think they are all the same bad. They alter the mind and you aren't YOU ever again once you start using those drugs. Smoke you some good weed and walk away clean.
