Sorry, but if a repair shop couldn't fix it despite actually having the opportunity to examine and diagnose the fault, how do you expect complete strangers with no access to your console to provide answers?
All you'll get is guesses, no matter how well-intentioned, and they get you no closer to a solution.
Ask the repair shop if they identified the fault. If you did that and they admitted to failing to diagnose a cause then you have two choices: find a competent repairer with the skills and tools to correctly diagnose the cause or replace the console. Unfortunately diagnosis still involves time and effort so it can be that you'll get a charge for that work only to be told that it will be cheaper for you to replace the console than to repair it. Repair shops with a no fix, no fee policy get their money back by charging more for even really simple repairs.
If the warranty deals remain intact then it's still worth asking Microsoft about a repair. It's not uncommon to find that they will repair some known faults long after the warranty has expired (a process called "soft recall"), but if there's evidence of any unauthorised repair attempts have been made then they won't touch it.
See below for evidence of an out of warranty repair.

You actually COULD have gotten it repaired by Microsoft, but they would have charged you. At least unlike this "repair shop" they would have fixed it too, even if that meant shipping you a replacement unit.
But now that you've had this "shop" try to repair it, Microsoft won't touch it. So if the shop failed to repair it (hopefully you didn't pay them!) then your only other option is to buy a whole new XBox One.
