i like it, how much practice have you had playing the guitar? You seem to have a lot of practice, i'm guessing you have a high level of understanding of music theory, modes, and scales? As for constructive advice, practice your rhythm.... i could see this song being so much better in perfect rhythm. (even if you just take the guitar track, and chop it in a sampler/ sequence in a drum machine... then practice playing to it)
