How to I find out if he is interested in me?
My colleague who is 5 years younger than me does talk to me at times and also messages me after work hours. Talks to me for hours on some days and some times the entire week goes by without communication. We do look at each other but I can't understand if he is interested in me. Plz suggest ways to find out.

Gracy, I did not know that your relationship has advanced to this stage. It seems to me that both of you are afraid to dip your toe in the water. You will get nowhere this way fast. He communicates with you but have you ever met up with him outside of work? Why not go out for a cup of coffee, and see how he reacts in person on a non-date situation? Try to find a way to do just that one thing, and take it slowly step by step. Maybe he has the same reservations you do about the age difference, but when two people are adults it should not be a hinderence, as when you are 75 who will really care? I wish you well Gracie!
