    First of all.. ice and cold water forms fat.. so you should exclude that from your diet.. Avoid unhealthy, fast and oily foods. you should eat in a small quantity and once in an interval of 2 hours.. always keep an apple or two with you.. don't starve for long because starvation also forms fat and also, you'll suffer from some illness, like if you skip breakfast daily, you'll induce gallstones..Take a lot of proteins in your diet.. have milk, boiled eggs, etc. And exercise daily, and if you can, play sports of any sorts. And 6-8 hours of sleep is also necessary after a tiring day... I was 75 kg 5 months ago. But following through what I just told, helped me reduce to 65 kg in only 5 months time. So if I can, you too can. Best of luck
