Hi I need some advice pls. My girlfriend has now come clean to tell me that she is illegally living in the UK. 10 years ago she entered uk on a visiting visa.
I really want to marry her. I'm a uk citizen but I do not know if I could legally marry her. Thanks

Since she has no status you can't get married in the UK, but you could head over to the Netherlands or to France to get married, or your girlfriend's country. She'd then have to stay outside the Kingdom 'til she gets her spouse visa.

No. The Registar will ask for her BC and Visa. he will then phone the police and she will be deported and not allowed to return for 10 years.

An illegal can not marry in the UK. You will need to take a trip to her country to marry.

Not in the UK you can't, she needs to return home and you will need to apply and sponsor a fiancee visa............ 'if' she gets it she can then return legally and marry
