Is this a good/healthy diet?

I'm trying to be healthy. It's been a struggle, but I think I nailed it. I just kind of want your opinions, and maybe any advice you can give to make it better.

Breakfast: oatmeal and a fruit/yogurt (normally I just eat a banana though)

Lunch: Meat, rice and beans (or chili, soup, fish etc with lots of green like salad or broccoli)

Supper: Whatever the family has, unless it's fried. Then I make fish with a veggie medly with a piece of fruit and maybe a dinner roll.

Snacks: I can have one sweet snack, like a cookie or brownie, and then normally I eat almonds, a spoonfull of peanut butter, or an apple or banana.

I've cut out processed foods, overly sugary stuff. I don't drink soda or juice. I make everything I eat (well, with the exception of the peanut butter). All I drink is tea, coffee and water.

So what do you think?

Sure. It's great but why such a small breakfast? A banana isn't really enough. Keep the yogurt in there. Good luck!

No, you eat too often, your body never has to burn fat, your blood glucose levels never drop low enough.

Cut out the snacks, I dont eat breakfast and haven't for years, just a cup of coffee, but if you feel you must, eggs would be better. (boiled, poached or scrambled seeing as you are so afraid of fried food)

I think it's good. But you should probably have more than just a banana for breakfast.
