You can continue to sleep naked if you want. But if you are cold, put some sexy underwear on for the night.

Forget the underwear and sleep naked. I been sleeping naked all year round for 50 years, it's the only comfortable way to sleep.

Wear whatever you want, or nothing... the choice is yours.
This "ventilation of the private area" business is nonsense. Your penis and testicles will be just fine whether you wear something when you sleep or not and practice good hygiene.

its best not to but if you are under allot of blankets or thick covers it wont matter as far as ventilation is concerned
