Who does your money and property goto if you do not have a will at your death in state of Texas?

    The probate court will determine who gets what, and that only takes 2 or 3 years

    First, spouse and kids. If none of those, then parents. After that, brothers and sisters, and their descendants. Then there are rules for grandparents, aunts/uncles & cousins. The detailed rules are at this link.
