Recovery backup wizard?
Update:
Every time I put my laptop on I get this message about backing up my files.
I don't download anything. I'm guessing it is to back up my documents.
Could anybody advise me about this and exactly how I back up my files?

you can either back it up on the recovery portion of your hard drive(found in "my computer" section from start window) or get an external hard drive.
