    Sciatica (damage to the sciatic nerve). Quite common, and it hurts like hell.

    You need to see a doctor and get a referral to a physiotherapist. Serious lower back pain needs proper diagnosis and care, not the opinion of someone suffering something similar.

    Or, it could be a tumor. See what searching the internet for a diagnosis does? You need to see an orthopedist if you are having numbness in your extremities.
