Difference in bone pain or muscle?

Need some advice please for the past few weeks I’ve been experiencing some very mild what feels like cramping sensation in legs and sometimes arms it is affecting both at different times and lasts a few seconds or sometimes over a hour and settles down with pressure and movement but I’m unsure if it is classed as muscle or bone? 

I’m petrified I have lukemia and one of the main symptoms is bone pain does this sound like it could be it?
