Use almond oil (available at CVS pharmacies in the little Mexican medicine section). It is healing, mild, and it really helps dry skin. Apply it before going to bed and also when you get up in the morning. Also, you probably need to change the type of soap you're using on your face. Go to Whole Foods, and buy some Waleda Iris Cleansing Lotion. It comes in a purple glassbottle, and I believe it's made in Canada. It's not cheap, but it's really good. It's also pretty hard to find, so if you do get some, get more than one bottle at a time. It will clean your face without drying the skin, and it's also healing. The third thing to do (and this is kind of icky) is to get some cod liver oil and take a teaspoonful every night. They have different flavors, and it's really good for the skin (but you will burp "fishy" burps for an hour or two, so don't plan to kiss your gf for a few hours after taking it). Good luck to you.

exfoliate while you're in the shower, and when you get out moisturize, should do the trick
