Should safe zones be set up in war torn countries so the refugees can be returned to their own countries?
I saw someone on the news suggesting it and i for one think its a great idea.

I dont care what they do as long as they dont come here killing and raping and few of them are genuine refugees anyway. DAVID GH UK

It's a good idea. Everyone naturally wants to live in his own country. The only reason the refugees left was because of the violence.

Who would keep the 'safe zones' safe by keeping out groups like ISIS and Jabhat Fateh al-Sham? In Syria there are 7.6 million 'Internally Displaced Persons'. Many are living in worse conditions than the smaller number of refugees who have fled the country and are at risk from exploitation by those barbaric groups.

That is a good idea. But who says the army/terrorists won't just destroy those area as well?
The best solution is to solve the actual problem.
