What does “God & sinners reconciled” mean? -G accepts sinners sin; & sinners G's adverse judgment? -Both accept each other's imperfections?

It means that sinners, by adhering to the Christian Covenant, are forgiven their sins and granted eternal life in Paradise.

A slightly longer explanation:

- Adam and Eve sinned and were punished with death and loss of paradise. This is the original "rift" between God and sinners.

- And so all of their descendants, who are also sinners, are punished the same.

- But a sinner who adheres to the Christian Covenant has their relationship with God "reconciled" or "restored", and as a consequence God grants them eternal life in paradise.

The reconciliation *is* two ways, but not in the sense you describe, "accept each other's imperfections", since God has no imperfections. It's "Humans are obedient to God, and in return God restores them to their original state."

Humans rebelled against God by rejecting his care and concern for our welfare. God desires a loving relationship with us so much so that he devised a plan wherein he became a human himself to bridge the gap we had created. Through this human, Jesus, God and sinners can be reconciled.
