Small raised red bump on cheek bone. What is it?

Its not a pimple or painful. I've had for a few months now but it won't go away. My friend told me it was probably a colored freckle but its the only one that's red. What is it?

Note: I don't get acne hardly ever and I don't have any known skin problems

    Sounds like you should see a doctor or a dermatologist. Probably nothing but doesn't hurt to get it checked out.
