Does anyone know what the dance move is when you are standing on one leg in a penché but you swivel through on that leg?
Awful description sorry 😂 but it's usually used in contemporary, acro or jazz I think. Like standing up splits with your head down, kind of in a penché and then you swoop down pivoting on the leg on the floor. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? What is it called?
