Smoked a bong with a cockroach in it?

Alright, so i was at a friends house and he got out his bong and his weed, and he smoked a couple of bowls, and i was about to have one when i noticed a cockroach walking up the inside of the bong, it was alive as well, what health issues could my friend get, this is completely serious, we don't know what to do.

    Yuck why he not cleaning his bong that is disgusting. I buy a new small bong once a month as cleaning it still leaves them with a filthy smell. Bet the cockroach was high asf tho haha
