If you have completed nearly half (or more) of your credit hours for your associate's degree, it is unlikely you can or will bring up your GPA far enough to be considered for admission to schools like Drexel. If you have been a C+ student, it's tough to become a straight-A student to bring up your GPA over 3.25. And that's nowhere near enough!

If you are only in your first semester, and can start earning straight-A grades for the next 3 semesters, you have a better chance.

Get that GPA up as fast as you can and keep it up, otherwise you'll never get into either of those. Try to maintain 3.8 or up

Bring it up. Most schools need a 3.0 to transfer.
