I m looking for something to help curb appetite or hunger. Possible something to drink before a meal to make you less hungry?

    Drink a big glass of water.

    Eat 1200-1500 calories a day, lots of protein, fruit, veggies. Exercise 3-5 days a week, walking, biking, swimming, etc. Lift weights if you are able.

    Psyllium Husk is available at a lot of places, but its pretty nasty. Use a level teaspoon in 300mls of cold water or juice, leave it to soak for 10 minutes and chug it.

    It has no taste but a weird jelly texture.
