Sanctions don't need to be approved by the security council to be enforced or have your forgotten the sanctions on Russia? The US isn't the only one who can impose sanctions on an apartheid government.

Actually the sanctions are enforceable by the 14 member nations who signed the resolutions. Israel exists but need to step up to the two state process and not allow Netanyahu to lead them away from democracy. Nikki whatever her name is will have absolutely no power what so ever to change anything !
