If I get an off campus college apartment, (not dorm) can I live there even after graduating?

I am basically asking if I am allowed to stay in an apartment that I got through my college for 2 years or more if I would desire so

    If you got the apartment through the university, you may not be able to live there after graduation. The university's housing department should be able to answer your questions.

    This is a question you should ask your landlord. He may have a policy of renting only to students, or he may want to charge you a different amount of rent.
