Question about neighbors? I came home from work last week to discover new neighbors were moving in to the apartment above the one across?

from mine. I introduced myself and asked if they needed help. I helped with heavy stuff like furniture and boxes of dishes. I helped them with things that go in their living room and one of the bedrooms. They said they could do the rest later. They unpacked a photo album which was on the coffee table in front of me as I sat on the sofa. They were seated on a love seat across from me. The young man sat next to me to tell me about the photos.

They are brother and sister. He works in a

convenience store and she works in retail customer service. He just turned 23 and she is 25. They ordered pizza and pop and invited me to stay so I did. When we finished, he picked up the boxes to carry them to the trash. He dropped and them and she looked at him like she was checking him out. When he came back, he walked behind her and his hand caressed her shoulder. I thought maybe she was just watching what was going on.

A few days later, I heard them come in so I went to the

peephole to see what was happening. They must have returned from dinner because he carried take home boxes. They paused at the mailbox which is across from me. After she got the mail, they went up to their door. I saw them kiss. Before they went in, she caressed him below the waist, front and back. I didn't think much about it. Maybe just horseplay and teasing between siblings. Some families kiss. Mine doesn't. They could have even been drinking. Last night, I stepped out the back

door to take out the trash when I looked up and saw a faint light on in their bedroom, the room I didn't get to see. Through the cracks between the blinds, it looked like a lamp light. I was curious to see what that room looked like so I went up the balcony stairs. As I approached the door, I heard, um, certain sounds I probably shouldn't describe on here. Our back doors are thinner and less sturdy than our front doors. I peeked around the corner through the blind cracks and they were um,

making love, if I can be a gentleman about it. I tiptoed back down the stairs and close my back door quietly. I know how siblings can bond because they often think alike and often unite in a family crisis. And 20 year olds are often stunningly attractive and with sex appeal. Do I just pretend I saw nothing and treat them as I have, as generous and potential new friends? My instinct says to just let them tell me in their own time, when they're ready. And if they don't, then it can be none

of my business. I don't have a problem with it, I just don't want to shock, offend, or alienate them.

Yes, they told me they are siblings. Even before it was confirmed from their own mouths and through the family photos, I guessed as much because they look alike around the eyes and mouth. I have heard there are siblings who fall in love but I never knowingly met such a couple before.
