How much exercise is realistic and how many times a day should I eat (+ # of carbohydrates)?
I've been working out in the gym for a long while now, but because of reasons, I can no longer go to the gym. I want to start working out, outside. Like running and doing certain exercises. The thing is, I want to lose weight fast.
How much can I exercise in a day (hours) before it becomes a health issue.
+ how many times and how much should I eat to get the most efficient/best result?
I'm 19 years old male. I weigh ca 175 and I'm 174 cm tall.

Well it would be good to get in a 30 minute run each day & work out for at leats an hour of cardio a few time a week
