can i move enough air for 5 tons of cooling thru 7 7" round pipe?

no run has more than 2 elbows and none longer than 15'. was old gravity furnace and still using the old registers that have very little air restriction

    It's not just the supply runs you need to take into account. You also need the proper amount of return air. That being said, this question cannot be answered sight unseen. A system attached to inadequate ductwork will technically work but may not work well and the equipments life may be drastically shortened. My strong suggestion would be to have a licensed HVAC contractor evaluate your situation.
