How do I clean the reverse of a bathroom rug?

The rubber side has urine on it. I have all sorts of cleaning products and have run it through the washing machine a few times but its not working.

    Id the reverse side just stained? If you have washed it in the washing machine then it is clean. If it is a stain on the reverse then just put it on the floor you don't see the reverse of the rug do you?

    at this stage it is time to get rid,

    as there is a bad as the rug as the bathroom.

    Id just toss it and get a new one. It's just a few dollars.
