I was in the middle of masterbaition and i went to take a piss..?

ok so i few weeks ago i started to always wanna piss like suddenly after i take a piss i wanna piss again and only little piss comes out, and some skin changes in my penis so i went to the doctor, he saw my penis i dont know what the hell he did anyways he says there maybe a UTI but he says the reason i wanna piss always (and i forgot to mention this sometimes when im done with the piss i still piss unintentionally more ) so he says the main reason these things happen is because i masterbait, and he said i may have a UTI but he says the MAIN REASON IS BECAUSE I MASTERBAIT SO I WAS LIKE WTF? HOW ARE YOU A DOCTOR? anyways he prescribed to me some antibiotics (also forgot to mention is when i masterbait i have the urge to suddenly pee so i stop masterbaiting and go to the bathroom pee like normal and come back and continue my ****) but now and before i started taking the antibiotics when i masterbait and suddeny have the urge to pee when i pee clear slimy stuff comes out ( its not ***, and it never happened to me before these symptoms suddenly popped up) anyways why does this clear slimy stuff come out and what is it? and are these things happening to me because i masterbait ? and BTW i know your reading this and saying to yourself who the hell writes like this , its because im currently traumatized from the doctor. anyways thanks !
