Help!! I left a bin bag in my flat room for a week while I was away and the fish smell won t go away??

I ve already tried washing the area with washing up liquid

I ve tried vodka

I ve tried some kitchen and bathroom cleaner (I got desperate)

I tried hair shampoo

This is student accommodation so I can t exactly open my door to let air in because the smell would go in the corridor

I ve opened my window but it makes no difference AND not even febreze can sort it out.

Please give me some advice??!
