No one can tell what's for sure without an examination , but I can give you some of the most likely causes:
1) Dry weather- as silly as it sounds, dry air does effect our skin like that.
2) Shower gels! (They can also cause acne)
3) Too much scrubbing.
4) Too hot water during showers.
5) Inadequate body lotion/milk.

Maybe you should use moisturizer, or see a doctor, or maybe you're a snake shedding skin 😂
