Is eating eggs every day bad?
I have been eating on average 3-4 eggs per day for months now. People always say that they are high in cholesterol and the label says one egg is 62% of your daily cholesterol intake. But I think that s just garbage. Eggs are high in protein and the yolk has good fats. I dont see the harm in it

Cholesterol is no longer considered a "nutrient of concern". Eggs are packed full of vitamins and minerals and can easily be consumed in almost any quantity you like. I eat 3 to 4 per day and have done for the last 5 years. My cholesterol levels are perfect.

It will depend on what you eat in addition to your eggs. If you already eat lots of meat, then I wouldn't recommend eating more than 1 egg a week. If you're a vegetarian and lacking in protein because you haven't eaten enough substitute protein sources, then even 2 eggs a day won't do any harm and might in fact be beneficial to your health.

No. It's scientifically proven to be fine, but do take note that excess of everything is bad, 2 eggs a day is fine, even 4 is fine, but if you eat more than 10 eggs a day, your diet is imbalanced, your diet needs to be in proportion. Eggs have only proteine and fat, you need more than that, vitamins, fiber, etc.
