My boyfriend's best friend friend hits on me when hes drunk.. Should I tell my boyfriend?

So in the beginning of my relationship with my bf while we where all at a party, my bfs really close friend Dustin started hitting on me, saying I could be his gf. I told my bf about it and he said it was "the hoe test" and that Dustin didnt mean what he was saying, plus he was drunk at the time. But now its been a year since my bf and I got together and Dustins pretty much like my best friend, Except things have gone from friendly hugging, innocent kisses on the cheek, calling me beautiful, to uncomfortable things like saying he'd raise my kid if my bf died, and eventually they led up to him feeling me up one night and trying to kiss me in front of my bf (who didn't notice). As far as I can tell Dustin is always drunk whenever he hits on me or does something that seems uncomfortable to me.. So idk if I should tell my bf, ignore it, or if my bf would hate me if I did tell him..
