I'm vegetarian because meat does not sit well in me XD

but i figured that after high school in a year from now, i'll be getting an apartment and need to cook for myself.

Other than frozen vegetables and morning stars and pastas

Watch some cooking videos online - I've learned so much and gotten a ton of ideas from these.

Keep it simple - find a simple recipe to make. So you could start with an omelet, say, and when you've got that down, change up the flavors - omelet with mushroom and onion, omelet with salsa etc.. Then try another simple meal - a soup, for example.. they say that most people really only eat about 10 things.. you just need a few simple recipes to start with

You can have pancakes, oatmeal, or eggs for breakfast. For lunch/dinner you can have vegetable stir fry, salad, spinach enchiladas, vegetable soup, lentil soup, roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, curry, rice, couscous with spinach and chickpeas. You can also use soy meat to make chili, tacos, meatballs, or lasagna.

You have a lot of options! Just look up recipes online, good luck!

Look up some Indian recipes ... chana masala, saag paneer - all good.

Well if you're not a vegan you can eat eggs, so that includes quiche and omelettes

You can eat fish (if it sits well with you) so you can combine fish with salad, rice, noodles, mashed potato, or chips.

    Veggie Burgers

    Quorn (Mince, sausages, chicken etc.)

Try googling some recipes for vegetarians and see what you can find where they replace meats with substitutes and you might find some okay stuff there.
