Bush did not to my knowledge sack to my ksack his US attorney general, acting or not, when she did her job and pointed out that he legally could not do something.

Bush did not enact plans so hurried that they put legal American immigrants lives at risk, as Trumps travel ban did this week.

So on the evidence so far, yes I think Trump is worse than Bush.
