My 1994 Integra starts first time I try but after that dosnt want to turn on again, what's the problem ?

You will need to determine if the spark or fuel is failing. My preferred method is to open the air cleaner and spray starting fluid on the filter for two seconds, then close the air cleaner up and try starting. If it fires off the starting fluid your spark is okay.
With that era Acura it is always worthwhile to keep the common problems in mind: fuel pump relay ("main relay"), ignition switch, igniter (ignition module). Odds are good one of those is going to be your problem. The sources will help you sort them out.
Be aware that cranking the engine with no place for the spark to go will reliably fry the ignition coil - see the fourth source. That won't let it fire at first, but it won't run at all with a fried coil. The first picture is from my son's 1994 Integra.
