What and where is a persons Fancy?

I know somebody fond of the phrase "it tickles my fancy."

    It is a "how" not a what or where: the effect that something has, say, or your somebody's sensibilities. To fancy someone or some thing is to like it or find interest in it.

    In this sense, a fancy means preference or delight.
