Trying to find and inspirational video (Football Related)?

I've been trying to find and inspiration video I watched a while back. I think he was an ex-NFL player turned pastor. I remember him repeating the total of brothers and sisters had. He was talking about his life and mention that he met his father later in his life as a young boy and all he said to him was a brief hello.(Don't remember the specific words.) He then talks about how he discovered football and has never heard of a scholarship before. He also talks about how he's in football camp and one of his coaches pulls him aside and says, "You know I love you right?" He then breaks down and cries. I think it's because he said that he never had anyone tell him that before. Then later in the video, at the time hes a preacher, he's calling people to the alter to be saved. He then gets the strange urge to ask one more time for someone to come to the alter. Then a man walks up to the alter. I think he explains how this man is infamous in the community. He doesn't recognize who he is until he walks up there, looks him in the eye, and realizes that it's his father.

That's all I can remember. I've been looking for this video for years. I last watched it on Vimeo. Its least 4 years old.
