I'M fat all my life. Am I allowed to call this BABY WEIGHT?

Im 54, male, and I weigh 180 lbs as 5'5"

    No, not anymore. You should be about 160. Exercise is good but it doesn't really make you lose weight; a better diet does.

    You can lose 10 lbs/mo with this plan: Stick to fresh fruits and veggies, salads, eggs, chicken, turkey, fish, whole grain cereals and drink lots of water. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, greasy foods, sodas, coffee or starches. Noodles, rice, potatoes, bread, muffins and all forms of pasta turn into sugar in your body. Eat only what fits in a soup bowl. Never eat in restaurants or anything from a vending machines. Restaurant food has too much fat, salt and preservatives. And of course do some exercising.

    no that's just fat. 180lbs at 5'5 your a little old fat man. nothing baby about that
