Am I the only one who thinks the whole '76 genders' bit is too much?

I've seen it popping up here and there, and find it ridiculous. There are maybe four genders tops. Male, female, trans, and other sounds like enough to me. Anything more just sounds like special snowflake nonsense.

Especially if you read the genders they're proposing and see 'male', 'man', 'masculine', 'manly', 'non-feminine', 'macho', 'mannish' and such things that all = 'male' and then see the same treatment for 'female'.

Things that are just 'neither', 'both', 'sometimes one and sometimes the other' and so forth, those aren't NEW genders. Anymore than walking from a Porsche to a Corvette somehow creates a third car.

No, you're in the majority that haven't fallen for that. The word gender has lately been re-defined by special interests to mean something different from what it once meant.

There are 2 biological sexes, male and female. Intersex people (hermaphrodite) are born with both sets of organs and can choose the most appropriate one after puberty.

Sexuality/gender exists on a continuum. We can be straight, gay or bisexual. They are all normal.

The fad for putting people in neat pigeon holes is controlling. Its one way people with an agenda keep us separate and unable to talk to each other.

There are 2, unless you include hermaphrodites.

    There are only two genders.

The fact that you think there are more than that makes you a PEER of those snowflakes.

I believe that there's mainly 2, but a "third gender" would fit those who were born with both or no private parts.
