...defend me against all criticism? That list will include the hatred of gays, thinking of women as inferior to men and killing or enslaving anyone who is NOT in my religion. Will that be OK with you? Will you, if people start killing in the name of my religion, defend the few people who do NOT kill in the name of my religion? B/c, you know, as long as not EVERYONE in a religion is out killing people, it makes the hateful 'holy verses' OK, right? It's OK to teach little kids to hate gays and look down on women b/c... the word 'religion' magically makes it OK, right?

Religion is the problem in this world not the answer. People who do things in the name of religion are usually bigoted, intolerant and hateful - all the things that the religions were supposed to get rid of. You may believe anything you like and you are free to do so but you are not free to impose your religious views on me in any way. That is not freedom of religion.
