How the f*ck am I supposed to get recreational weed in vegas?
Its legal now recreationally, yet somehow impossible to ******* find. No one here seems to know a dealer, and everyone just goes to their friend who has a medical card. But the friends i know who have medical cards all live in opposite ends of the city. I m not spending 200$ for a medical card to smoke a plant i m already legally allowed to smoke, especially not in a city i m only going to spend 2 more months in. WHERE THE **** DO I FIND WEED IN VEGAS

You would only be able to get recreational weed from a recreational dispensary which are currently not opened and will not be opened until July http://www.rgj.com/story/news/2017/02/08/recreatio...
So either you can wait and then be willing to pay the high taxes on recreational weed or get a medical card and stop waiting. $200 on a medical card will save you money in the long run as medical weed is amazing quality for cheaper price as its not taxed like recreational weed will be.
You could get weed from the streets but its still illegal to purchase weed from a person who doesn't have a recreational license, so you are still breaking the law.
Either wait til July or get a medical card. if you want to do it legally

Since it's legal for recreational use, then in theory there should be dispensaries that will sell it to you (for cash - since it's still illegal at the federal level) with nothing more than an ID.
In reality, the best bet is to simply get yourself a medical marijuana card. See if anyone knows a doctor that will write a prescription if you complain of chronic pain. If not, go to a doctor and complain of pain anyway. They will be dubious (because they will think you are looking to get pain meds). Tell them you don't want pain meds, and they will most likely tell you to try over-the-counter pain meds and/or wear wrist braces. Go to at least one follow up appointment and tell them that you don't want to take any kind of painkillers, and are looking for a natural alternative. If they still don't get the hint, then go to a medical marijuana dispensary anyway, they can have the doctor fax over your records showing that you have an 'ongoing' issue and they will issue you a card (most dispensaries won't take a 'new' patient', but you get around that by having those records sent over).
There are probably other ways - ask the people who already have cards, and they might be able to tell you a better (or faster) way.

If you get caught with weed in Nevada, you go to jail.
