It comes as no surprise the most qualified people to judge, rank Obama a respectable 12th as he did more w/ the hand he was dealt than any president in my lifetime.

Throughout his admin, righties in this forum overwhelmingly claimed how atrocious Obama was day after day which is an indication how unqualified they are to judge. Now these people are the rump supporters backing the chronic liar while he stumbles w/ the worst disapproval rating at this stage in history.

Thus, w/ their ineptness as a barometer, rump will probably finish in the bottom 12.
