It all has to do with the hormones testosterone and estrogen. Both males and females produce testosterone and estrogen, however males produce more testosterone while females produce more estrogen. The more testosterone a person has, the stronger they are. Women on average are not as physically and emotionally strong as men because the hormonal make up is different. What also affects a woman's emotional sensitivity are puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause. Also, dating back to our ancestors, men were the hunters while females were the gatherers and caregivers for their offspring mainly because men on average are physically stronger while women on average have better maternal instincts.

Now obviously this is not to say that all women are weak and all men are strong (I myself am a cisgender female). Notice how I said "average" and not "all." Again, it depends on your hormonal makeup. It also depends on your environment, upbringing, physical health, and mental health.

I'm a man and I'm not that strong.

Yes, women are weaker, yet they are so much more valued by society than men.

Why? Because women are reproductively and sexually valuable. Men are not.

Men have more strength and tend to be more competitively clever because men are not as valuable to society as women, so they need to make a name for themselves and prove their value by working, protecting and advancing society. This helps them not only procure resources for themselves, but to also prove themselves worthy to mate and reproduce.

Testosterone plays a big part in helping men to be much stronger and more competitive. Women have much less testosterone than men.

I'm a woman and i'm not weak. Loads of unwanted (I guess you could call it 'training') involved. Having to put up with being hit so many times and having to be strong to stop yourself from getting badly hurt is hard but I guess I could easily defeat some fully grown men now even though I am only 13. The mentally thing is bullshit.

Physically stronger is easy: we're bigger and biologically predisposed to put on more muscle mass. As to smarter, I'm sorry to tell you but the smartest people I know - and I'm including myself in the sample as a man - are women.

I'm guessing you're a guy. A woman probably would have been too smart to ask this question.
