What does the National Plumbing Code require for installing a main potable water supply line for a home?

I am installing an underground water line to provide water to lawn hydrants in a few places on my farm with plans to connect the end to a home in the future. I have some unusual considerations. My street pressure is 200-250psi and I am running the pipe roughly 1000 feet. It also gains about 100feet in elevation. I plan to run the full street pressure in the line and use individual pressure reducers at each hydrant along the run. Any helpful advice appreciated!

Please don t tell me to hire a plumber. That would not be helpful because I am not going to do that.

Nope, cant go through the outside watering crap and then end at the supply for the house. You can run the line to the house and branch off here and there with whatever back flow crap your town/state calls for to prevent contamination.
