    This question uses the same equation as the others:

    q = m c (T2-T1) where

    q is the heat or energy gained or lost

    m is the mass of the sample

    c is the specific heat in J/gC

    T2 is the final temperature and

    T1 is the initial temperature

    Just plug in the information you are given and solve the equation for what you are trying to find.

    (Note: since a change of 1 K = 1 degree C, the specific heat in J/gC or J/gK is the same thing)

    Since this asks for the final temperature in K, Just add 273.15 to the value you calculate in degrees C.
