Will there be another tragedy such as the events of Hurricane Katrina?
Not the storm because that in itself was terrible. I'm talking about the opportunity whites took to shoot random black people amongst all of the chaos. Who lied and said that they were looters as justification for them picking them off one by one. Will there ever be another disaster such as that one again?

Right because none of those black people carrying things away from other peope's businesses and homes were looters
