My girlfriend is Japanese student studying athletic training in America. She is 22 and a good driver and drives a cobalt. We shopped around 6 months ago and this (Geico) was the cheapest price we could find for her. Is there any way to get a cheaper premium?
P.S. Besides the obvious of shopping around every 6 months. As a U.S. citizen I only pay about $26 per month.

Anything under $100 for a 22 year old fairly inexperience driver is extremely reasonable. Your girlfriend should be very please with such a rate.
