Why on earth would we try and pass another bill that allows for pre-existing conditions?!?

Update:

Anything that allows someone to wait until they get sick and then allow for hundreds of thousands of covered services with only a 30% premium upcharge is doomed to fail.

Update 2:

Anything that allows someone to wait until they get sick and then allow for hundreds of thousands of covered services with only a 30% premium upcharge is doomed to fail.

Update 3:

The law has been for years now that everyone had to have coverage. Time to say "too late" if you don't have it by now. If we are serious about getting care for everyone and making it affordable, we need to take a hard line with people who don't get insurance when they can afford it and wait until they're sick.

Either that, or shut up about people being uninsured or our costs being too high.
