can i sell my left lung and still live?

    1) It is illegal to sell organs. You can't sell anything and no one can buy anything.

    2) You can live with a single lung but live-donor transplants only use a single lobe, not a whole lung. There are no transplant surgeons who will take a complete lung from a living donor. And absolutely none can or will buy organs.

    Yes but nobody would let you 'donate' a lung legally because it seriously affects you unlike say, losing a kidney.
